Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Our Barefaced Trends Terms & Conditions and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Apply to all our products without exception.
Thank you for shopping with us at Bare Faced TRENDS. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. However we do have to set a few rules and conditions for returns and refunds. First of all before ordering your item that you chose the right size as we do not accept returns for items where you have ordered the wrong size.
Our aim is to provide a service and offer products to everyone's satisfaction and conduct a honest and fair business for everyone. However the following rules must be set for any orders with us for protecting our business from serious financial damage and our customers from reduced services as a result of that financial damage.
Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (at least two or all of the following: email confirmation of purchase, email receipt, order number, delivery tracking number).
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note, we can only process refunds on items after we have received them back. We will not process any refunds before receiving the returned item.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your order please ensure to do so before we send out your delivery so we can process your cancellation with our production and delivery partner. We usually process all orders by 10am UTC (London UK, Dublin, IRL) time. If you do however cancel your order after we send out your item for delivery you will be responsible for the postage and delivery costs which will be deducted from your refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
If packages that are delivered to an incorrect and/or old address and are not being returned to us, we will unfortunately not be able to replace. Please double check your address and ensure it is correct to avoid any losses. If you notice any error after placing your order, please contact us within 6 hours and we'll do our best to correct the mistake.
If there is damage on your product from shipping or if there is anything wrong with your product, please take photos of your product straight away, ideally with the packaging your product arrived in and message them to us. We will try to help you as best as possible.
VAT / Customs Charges:Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or even predict. From what we've seen customs clearance fees are incurred on some shipments. In these rare cases you are responsible for these custom charges, as we are not responsible for customs clearance fees and will not refund or replace items destroyed or returned by customs due to non-payment of fees or rejection of delivery.
